John Hill, MD
EMS Medical Director
John Hill, MD is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and EMS Medical Director who practices in Northeast Ohio. Before becoming a physician, he worked in the IT field as a full stack web developer and virtualization expert. After a near-fatal motorcycle accident and his mother being diagnosed with cancer, he made a career change and earned his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. Dr. Hill went on to complete his emergency medicine training at Cleveland Clinic Akron General and has since worked at University Hospitals, serving as the EMS Medical Director and ED Trauma Liaison at a Level 3 Trauma Center as well as medical director for many other private companies. Dr. Hill is passionate about medical education, resuscitation, and prehospital care. In his personal life, he is happily married and has three young children. He and his family enjoy soccer games, camping, hiking, and spending time on the lake.

Jordan Singer, MD
EMS Medical Director
Jordan Singer, MD, is an emergency physician who is board-certified in both emergency medicine as well as EMS. He grew up in Cleveland before receiving his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and then undergoing residency training in Emergency Medicine and fellowship training in Emergency Medical Services at the University of Pittsburgh. He now practices Emergency Medicine and serves as an EMS Medical Director in Northeast Ohio. His research interests include prehospital cardiac arrest care, prehospital treatment for opioid use disorder, EMS education, and mobile integrated health. In his personal life, he is married with two children. When he has free time, he enjoys CrossFit, skiing, playing soccer, and playing both video games and board games (the nerdier the better!).

Andrew Garlisi, MD
EMS Medical Director
Dr. Garlisi obtained his B.S.in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Ohio Dominican University. He attended the Toledo University Medical School, graduating in the top 10% of his class. He then attended the University of South Florida College of Medicine to complete his residency in Internal Medicine. Dr. Garlisi continued his passion for learning as he completed his Masters in Public Health at Case Western Reserve followed by a Masters in Business Administration from George Washington University. He completed a two-year fellowship with the VA Quality Scholars Program, focusing on healthcare quality improvement and research.
An accomplished medical director, Dr. Garlisi oversees multiple EMS agencies and four paramedic training programs. He is recognized for his leadership in protocol development, patient safety, medical-legal issues, and crisis intervention. Combining clinical excellence with business acumen, Dr. Garlisi is committed to advancing emergency care, education, and system-level improvement.
